Who we are

Vouchby ("we", "us") is an AI-visibility product operated by Burgos Studio. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions: marcello@vouchby.net.

What we collect

  • Scan inputs — the business name, location, and type you enter to run a scan.
  • Account info — if you sign up, your email address (used for magic-link sign-in).
  • Scan results — the scores and reports generated for businesses you scan.
  • Technical data — a one-way hashed version of your IP address (used only for rate limiting; we do not store your raw IP) and basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics.
  • Billing data — if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your plan; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To run scans and generate reports, to operate and secure the service (including preventing abuse via rate limiting), to send you sign-in and account emails, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run Vouchby, including: Vercel(hosting & analytics), Neon (database), Resend(transactional email), Stripe(payments & subscriptions), and AI providers OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic (to run and score scans). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Public scan reports

When you run a free scan, the result is given a shareable link (e.g. vouchby.net/r/…) and an embeddable score badge so you can share it. These report pages are publicly accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. They contain the business name, location, type, and scores — not your email or any account details. Email us to have one removed.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing marcello@vouchby.net. Public scan reports you generate may be removed on request.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
