1. The service
Vouchby (operated by Burgos Studio) measures how AI engines describe a business and generates recommendations to improve that visibility. By using Vouchby you agree to these terms.
2. No guarantee of results
AI engines are third-party systems we do not control, and their answers change constantly. Our scores, grades, and recommendations are informational estimates based on responses captured at scan time. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic, or business outcome. Anyone who guarantees AI placement is misleading you.
3. Acceptable use
Use Vouchby lawfully. Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it to misrepresent businesses you don't own or represent. We may rate-limit or suspend access to protect the service.
4. Accounts & paid plans
Some features require an account. Paid plans (when offered) are billed as described at checkout; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your billing period. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
Vouchby is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burgos Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
